Tender Overview

James Cook University (JCU) is seeking suitably capable and qualified suppliers to submit an offer for Principal Contractor to complete Fitout Works of the A2 Clinical Simulation Lab (CSL) (for rooms 001, 001B, 022D, 022) located at the JCU Cairns Campus, Smithfield. The scope of works is more clearly defined and detailed in Schedule 2 (Scope of Work) as part of the tender documentation available for download. 

A site briefing is being held for this package of works at 11;00am, Tuesday 2nd April 2024 at JCU Cairns campus, A2 Building, Ground Floor, Room 001. Attendance is recommened and is limited to four (4) personnel from each supplier.
