Tender Overview

Longreach Regional Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced company or person/s to design and construct a new fitout to the rear section of the Longreach Library at 104 Eagle Street, Longreach Qld 4730.

Please find attached the following Documents:

1.  Part 1 - Invitation Conditions and Specification - READ AND KEEP

2.  Part 2 - Response Schedule - COMPLETE AND RETURN

3.  PART 3 - Medium Risk Works Contract - READ AND KEEP

Mandatory site visit is to be completed at the expense of the Contractor.  Appointments can be made by contacting Joel Perry, Project Manager on 07 4658 4111 prior to the closing date.
