The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Digital Adoption Tool. It includes Provision, Implementation, Support and Training Services. The Department of Education (Customer) is seeking to establish a QITC Contract for provision of Digital Adoption Tool (DAT). The tool is to support the Department digital strategy by facilitating the successful integration and utilization of digital technologies in the education system. The Digital Adoption Tool must be able to work alongside applications utilised by the Department that are both cloud and on-premise based. The solution shall provide an overlay to a number of licensed applications used by the Department. The technology will provide assistance to end users for various applications and enhance their application experience. The number of software applications used within the department will vary over time. The Department requires the flexibility to add additional applications where a Digital Adoption Tool is deemed beneficial. Depending on requirements these product / services specifically include:
