ASM Global (Brisbane Stadium Management) Pty Ltd as agent for Stadiums Queensland is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies, organisations and individual operators for the provision of Event Risk Management Services at Suncorp Stadium.
The successful Proponent will provide Event Risk Management Services including event risk assessments, on-site game day support and incident reporting, and proactively identify and manage risks at events at Suncorp Stadium. The successful Proponent may also be engaged to provide general risk management services, as requested by ASM Global.
Interested parties should apply, via email (tenders@suncorpstadium.com.au), for a copy of the tender documentation that outlines the services required and material to be submitted.
To enhance the understanding of Stadium operations, a site inspection will be offered to prospective Proponents at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday, 24 April 2024 at 10:30am. If you would like to attend the site inspection, please provide the names and numbers attending to Ben Buchanan via email to tenders@suncorpstadium.com.au, no later than midday on Monday, 22 April 2024 to reserve a place.
