Tender Overview

TMRICT24021 RFI - Project and Contract Management Software. Please note this is only a Request for Information, this is NOT a tender. 

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is focused on connecting people via an efficient, integrated transport system accessible to everyone.

An opportunity exists to improve processes within contract administration and project management across RoadTek’s operations.

TMR wants to build upon its current understanding of products/services available through early engagement with the supply market, by engaging the market to discover possible technology solutions that could meet the requirements.

A Project and Contract Management digital tool is proposed to support the management of RoadTek’s construction projects across the State, delivering;

  • Streamlined access to project information
  • Consistent practices for capturing, storing and managing project documentation
  • Increased efficiency and effectiveness of project management
  • Improved processes for capturing and managing project records such as the construction diary, construction drawing management, revisions to drawings, variation register, correspondence register, request for information register, project photographs, defects and punch lists
  • Enhanced reporting for project key performance indicators (KPI’s)

Submission requirements:

  • The Response Schedule (Section 3) must be completed and returned with the submission.
  • Detailed Response Questions to be completed in Response Schedule section 3.

 5pm, Tuesday 7th May 2024 AEST
