Tender Overview

EDQ is seeking services including:
• Engagement implementation plan:
• Key messaging and vision development: content aligned with technical assessments
• Online Survey
• Youth engagement activities: targeted initiatives for younger demographics
• Information Sessions:
• Pop-up information stalls and interactive displays at various locations:
• Briefing sessions with key stakeholder groups as required: (approx. 5-10 sessions)
• 2 Workshops:
• Community consultation on the Parklands Master Plan: facilitate consultation activities as required.
• Support for Northshore’s broader Placemaking Strategy: assist with engagement on and integrate community feedback into Northshore’s overarching Placemaking Strategy.

Engagement outcomes and findings report/s: prepare a comprehensive report/s summarising outcomes and key findings from all engagement activities upon completion
